I refused my package, where is my refund?

According to our refund policy, in order to initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. This is why we advise our customers not to "Return to Sender," or simply refuse delivery since a higher number of packages tend to get lost that way. Tracking is highly recommended.


If you return an item, you are responsible to ensure the product gets back to us at the requested address according to our refund policy here:

Items returned without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund.
