What is your refund policy?

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. 


Physical items must be returned within 365 days of the purchase date. This includes empty bottles. 


Supplement bottles or printed material that have been discarded do not qualify for a refund.


Our 365-day money back guarantee is a reasonable offer because we believe in you and value you. We ask that you do the same.


Need to make a return? We do not send return labels, but you can still follow our return policy here.


We apply refunds to the tender used to purchase the items being returned.
